Why was Reconstruction often called Radical Reconstruction

Radical Reconstruction was the name of one of the phases of reconstruction: the one instigated by a faction that called themselves the Radical Republicans. The Radical Republicans who swept to power in 1866 considered the first phase of Reconstruction (called the Presidential Reconstruction since it was led by Presidents Lincoln and Johnson) too moderate. A synapsis is the pairing of 2 homologous chromosomes.

What is chromosomal coiling

During interphase, chromosomes are almost entirely stretched out. However, as the cell cycle progresses the coiling increases, and reaches a maximum at metaphase.

What is cell growth

What is it called when new nuclear membranes form

New nuclear membrane formation

What Are slender threads inside of a cell's nucleus that carry genes

The daughter cells resulting from mitosis and cytokinesis will have the same number of chromosomes as the parent cell.

What is the stage of mitosis where the nuclear membrane has completely disappeared
