ohn ( Music Artist ) John Fred Ogbonnaya ( born 23 June 2010), known mononymously as john Fred, is an American teenage singer and songwriter. Raised in the United States, he got his YouTube channel on 2023 after discovering his musical skills. He release his first 2024 debut single, “Random Ideas” featuring him self John rose to international fame with the April 2024 release of his single “ What You Started”, which entered the top in some countries including the United States and Canada. The single preceded his third debut album ( 2024), which was released on April 20 Early Life John Fred ogbonnaya was born on 23 June 20101 in Virginia to parents Florence and Fred ogbonnaya. His family could be considered colored, he was raised in the United States, Virginia, and matriculated from lake Taylor school in 2024 having been having good grades. While at school, he had begun posting video of himself on YouTube , as well as sending out to a number of figures at music labels. John stated that he would write new song lyrics every month. Career 2023-2024 “ Random Ideas” And National Success In the beginning of the year 2024 after writing songs, John self-released his debut album, “ random Ideas” featuring production from Indiefy, which achieved national success. It could be noted his first release does not have aa official music video. 2024-present: international success with “What You Started” John’s third album was officially released through tunepartner and indiefy on April 18th 2024. The single “DON’T LEAVE” was released. From there john became popular in the United States, the Netherlands, Canada, and other countries.
