That really needs to be evaluated by a pyschiatrist. ODD isn't treatable by meds. He most likely needs to be in counseling as well.

If mania is severe enough, your doctor may prescribe you an antipsychotic like Risperdal, Seroquel (some weight gain and sedation) or Zyprexa (sedation and massive weight gain).
