Considering they are Germans and not Jewish or Muslims I say no. It's only those reasons or a medical reason men are circumcised here. There have been fakers online (American ones) that said they are. Clearly they know nothing about the situation in Europe. TH themselves have never been asked or told us if they are and I doubt they ever will since it is very private.
