I believe it can be. I typed "Lexapro Rash" into Google, and found many, many people claiming to have gotten a rash from the drug. I myself took lexapro for 3 days, and suddenly developed a rash that's covered ~3/4 of my upper body.
However, to argue the Lexapro side of the story, in their FDA expieriment, their were no cases of rashes in any of their subjects.
Either way, I believe that it can cause rashes, and that it's merely left to chance as to whether the person will develop a rash.
