Most diet pills do trigger depression. Drug companies just love people that will flip that "magic pill" into their mouths (reminds me of the song, "Go Ask Alice.") There is only one way to lose weight and that's watching what you eat and exercising! I found "Weight Watchers" the best place to go because it's not actually called a "diet", but "correct eating habits." I lost 45 lbs. going there and have kept it off for over 16 years. We can all get off our regular diet because of the fast pace of life out in society. However, we can maintain it if we put our minds to it, and if ordering out at a restaurant make a choice between that big, fat burger with greasy chips and order something like a shrimp or chicken salad and there are many other tricks of the trade when you order food such as "all sauces re meats or salads" on the side. Meaning, you have control over what is on your food. Restaurants here in British Columbia are very aware of people sliding towards the healthy way of eating and are changing their menus if they want to stay in business ... even MacDonald's! Get out and get walking! Take a friend! Also swimming or sports of any sort are excellent sources of losing weight and keeping trim. WATER is a must! Drinking water not only keeps your filtering organs in great shape, but gets rid of a lot of fat in the body. Everyone is under stress these days, so take up walking every day to relieve stress, go to the gym, swim, do Yoga or Tai Chi or whatever turns your crank as long as it's exercise. BE REALISTIC! If you are a big boned person, then you may well weigh 30 - 50 lbs., heavier than your girlfriend who is petite. You can't change bone structure! As long as you are trim looking for your bone structure (not thin) and tone up your muscles you'll look just as attractive as that slim girlfriend of yours. Good luck Marcy
The great Depression was just a time when money was tight, they did what kids today do at recess, talk, eat, and play.

Yes, wearing a brace or ace bandage too tightly can potentially contribute to the development of Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Excessive pressure can lead to restricted blood flow, nerve compression, and pain, which may trigger or exacerbate symptoms of RSD. It's essential to ensure that any supportive devices are fitted correctly and not overly constrictive to prevent complications. If symptoms arise, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
Installing trigger guard in H&R Topper 88 single shot shotgun. I am not a professional gunsmith, so your mileage may vary, but this is how I _finally_ got it done. 1. The "trigger extension, the trigger, and the trigger guard have to all line up together, and line up with the pin holes in the receiver when the pin is inserted. It is next to impossible to get them to line up, and keep them lined up. Before in inserted the trigger guard into the receiver, I lined up the trigger, trigger extension, and trigger guard holes. Then I inserted two small splinters of wood from either side as shims and pushed them in tight until the holes stayed lined up. I cut the splinters off even with the outside of the trigger guard. After I inserted the trigger guard in the receiver, I got the trigger guard lined up with the pin hole in the receiver, then I hammered the pin through and drove out the wedges. 2. There are two opposing springs that fit in holes in the trigger guard. The rear one goes to the trigger. The front spring goes to the barrel break release. Leave the front spring out to start. Then after you get the trigger guard back in, you can hold the barrel break release up and drop the front of the trigger guard down just enough to insert the spring through from the front of the receiver.
