Certainly patterns are learned that lean one to a wisdom-based position towards happiness, but there is also some research about a 'set point theory"---that maybe are high bars of happiness attainment are set genetically. And finally, the last tricky piece about attaining or learning happiness, it being keen enough to know that this is not emotion-based, for that is more desire and satisfaction, and can easily get confused with dopamine rushes and hedonism.
