However, I personally would at least get a second opinion on the matter. Bifonazole is an antifungal. Hemorrhoids are not generally caused by a fungal infection. Even more to the point, the most common side effect of bifonazole is a burning sensation at the site of application, which I personally would suggest is very nearly the LAST thing you want.
