You certainly could. But you likely won't. There are a lot of factors involved in getting a six pack, which is often thought of as the peak of fitness. The only way you will achieve a six pack is have a very low body fat percentage.
Eating well is the most important thing. You will need to eat clean 100% of the time. Vegetables, chicken breasts, eggs, Greek yogurt, fruit, unsweetened soy milk, quinoa, oats, and nuts are good choices. You will need to increase your protein intake and decrease your carbohydrate (especially sugar) intake. Try taking a whey protein powder supplement too. This will help you get sufficient amounts of protein.
Second you will need to work out, doing both cardiovascular, and weight-bearing exercises. Spinning, swimming, running, and skiing are all great options for burning the extra body fat. As for abdominal exercises, you should give your routine as much variety as possible. Instead of just doing crunches, why not train with 10 different abdominal exercises?
The third factor also makes a huge difference. Males have it a lot easier than females when it comes to weigh training and fat loss. Males naturally have lower body fat percentages and have more muscle than females.
You're on the right track.
About 20 minutes to get to the local pub and back.
no i have been doing them my hole life and i am six foot
This is what I would say ok you can actually get one in 3 months by just doing 200 sit- ups a day! Good Luck ;)
i am just guessing but i would say about 500. I started doing sit ups and see improvement. I do 50 after fighting a punching bag for 20 minutes, and im looking good.
You can't get a six pack in three days but you can get one in 3 months by doing 200 sit ups each day. Good Luck :P
No. It takes months of full body training to get a six-pack.
YOU gotta wait six pack abs don't come in three days
Try doing more sit ups. The fact that you have a six pack when you felx means you are really close to having one normally. Don't give up!!
The exercises most efficient to getting a six pack are doing sit ups, crunches, training your entire core, leg lifts, jackknife sit ups, butt-ups, planks (static holds), training your oblique muscles, and doing any cardio workouts. Other things to keep in mind in order to get abs, is to not skip breakfast and eat healthy.
(Sorry, I didnt know you WERENT pregnant) If you have back pains for more than Six Hours Call your doctor. It could be something serious, but More than likely It wont be. Try doing some Yoga, It stretches out your muscles. Also, watch the way you sit and stand, as posture can affect your back. This is probbaly not a symptom of pregnancy unless you can see that your getting rounder and putting on pounds.
You get sent back to your country, sir. I would suggest not doing this.
Youre just working muscles that you normally dont work
