YES!
I am addicted to POLO Mints! I go through about 6 packets a day (although I could have a lot more)
Its most probably due to the high levels of sugar in the mints, because I've tried sugar free and its just not the same, or maybe its because of the fresh feeling/taste you get after eating them
I have heard that there are 3 teaspoons of sugar per polo, is this true?
usually 25 polos in a tube
The number of Polo mints one can eat varies from person to person, depending on individual preferences and tolerance for sugary snacks. However, it's important to consider moderation, as consuming too many mints can lead to digestive discomfort or an excessive intake of sugar. Generally, enjoying a few mints after a meal or as a breath freshener is perfectly fine for most people.
The choice between Polo mints and Mentos largely depends on personal preference. Polo mints offer a refreshing, minty taste that's great for freshening breath, while Mentos come in a variety of flavors and have a chewy texture, making them a fun treat. If you prefer a strong mint flavor, Polo might be the better choice; if you enjoy fruity flavors and a chewy consistency, Mentos could win out. Ultimately, it comes down to what you’re in the mood for!

They don't give me headaches at all. Don't ask questions that assume they affect all people. If this happens to you on a regular basis, see a medical professional.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that Polo mints or similar mint candies can cause infertility in men. Infertility can result from various factors, including genetics, health conditions, lifestyle choices, and environmental exposures, but not from consuming mints. However, excessive consumption of sugary candies can lead to other health issues, such as obesity and diabetes, which might indirectly affect fertility. Moderation is key for maintaining overall health.

I don't think you can because it doesn't have really much to get to your bloodstream. You can really like them and always want to have them, but it isn't physically needed by your body to have mints once you start eating them, unlike smoking, etc.
Mince is a homonym of mints.
