I suffered from hypertensive encephalopathy at age 24 with many significant deficits. After years of work and relearning I improved. However, at age 58, I appear to be deteriorating in many ways with memory, stamina, balance, ability to understand complicated material, etc. My neurologist sees these as a direct result of the hypertensive encephalopathy I experienced earlier. Does anyone else have similar experience?
