I've never heard of that. Gout is the depositing of crystallized uric acid molecules in joints and surrounding tissues. It's a form of Arthritis.

The basic answer is no. However there has been one documented case of gout affecting the soft tissues overlying the nasal bones according to the Journal of Laryngology & Otology. So it is very unlikely that anyone would develop this condition.
