Diseases cause by an ice cream?

These diseases are rare, but they still happen. Diseases given to humans by animals or animal products are called Zoonotic Diseases or Zoonoses.

One is Listeriosis, and I don't know all that much about it.

Then there is Tuberculosis too.

Another is Brucellosis, and unfortunately I know too much about it. I got ill with it in 1996, and am still sick enough to have to use a wheelchair most days.

These bacteria are mostly in unpasteurised milk and only in certain parts of the world. Milk safety has improved enormously since compulsory vaccination and testing of cattle.

Then there are Allergies and intolerances, but they are familiar to most people.
