By "fiber pillows" I assume you mean firmer support for the head and neck than the usual sort of foam or feather pillow can provide.
The answer is yes, but with reservations. Properly fitted firm support that enforces good posture while resting can have a wonderful effect. Randomly picked firm support that can cause bad posture can have a horrible (if usually temporary) effect, all the way to paralysis or unbearable pain.
