Kinda-sorta.
The older you get, the harder you have to work to maintain your strength. But that's basically true starting from somewhere in the 20s, so there's nothing special about turning 60. It's been a gradual thing for decades.
Mainly it's about the old saying "use it or lose it". At 60 not many can be bothered to exercise any more, and this is the biggest reason for the loss of strength.

The usual symbols for strength are commonly animals that are known for being protectors. The most common of these would be lions, eagles, bears, etc. Then there are the more fictional animals that can represent strength and protection such as dragons, griffins, etc.
he has to lose the fat otherwise you cant see the definition in the individual clusters of muscle.
Probably not.. As a matter of fact an average 60 year old man would probably still have more upper body strength than a 25 year old woman in her prime.. However a younger woman would probably have much more lower body strength than an older man.. Woman have powerful leg and glute muscles and men tend to lose alot of muscle mass in their legs after the age of fifty.. Ofcourse their are exceptions to the rule but we`re talking about the general average
A 12 year old boy will lose his puppy fat as he gets older. As boys grow, they tend to lean out, develop muscle and burn off the fat easier.
