No. semen is white or clear and does not contain any blood. Blood is red, and you would be able to see it in semen if it was there! If there is someone who is ejaculating blood, they need to see a doctor immediately.

Its impossible for 1 drop of semen to contain 10 drops of anything. Blood in the semen or urine isn't that serious a problem as it can mean a tear in the male urethra. This is self healing and poses no threat, although in large quantities, seek medical advice.
