I took Siberian pine nut oil over a couple of days(2 teaspoons three times a day as instructed on the bottle). It caused me more pain than i usually have from my stomach ulcers(which is considerable). Now its 2 days since I've stopped taking the oil and the pain in my abdomen is excruciating still. I'm going to the hospitable tomorrow if the pain hasn't subsided. This stuff is a con and a damaging one. Don't waste your money, health and hopes on it. I notice these websites selling pine nut oil have monopolized the search engine. Its impossible to find any independent information on it. I wonder how long it will take the fraudulent bastards to dispose of this post?
Doctors don't know how to heal ulcers but they are still the best source of information we have on the subject.

Hi. I am so sorry to hear that you have been in pain. Ulcer pain is just down right nasty!
Perhaps you should have continued taking the oil and "pushed through" (so to speak) - the oil is a powerful antioxidant which could have contributed to your intensified pain but this could have been a short term thing as the overall and long term benefits are far more favourable.
I had a similar experience when I first took it. I had nausea, a headache and ulcer pain. I stand to be corrected but I think this went on for 3-4 days, and then suddenly I felt great!
Many other people have had phenomenal results and have felt the relief within a few days.
The ulcer medication, Nexiam has long term side effects so perhaps its worth giving the oil another try. Going the natural remedy route is always best!
