No; bu hearing your heatbeat in your ears while resting (or even after light exercise) can be a symptom of hypertension - better known as high blood pressure.
Note: It's perfectly normal to experience the sound of your heart beating in your ears after engaging in moderate-heavy cardio exercise (for instance, I get that after I go jogging).
As you get further along, you have 40% more blood flowing in your body which is the main reason why you might hear your heartbeat more, and even feel it pumping.
Low blood pressure
Yes, they can. They have the ability to hear the heartbeat of a mouse, so a human heart wouldn't be a problem for them to hear.
Since diabetes increases a person's risk of heart disease, and exercise strengthens a person's hear and lowers their blood sugar, exercise can improve a person's health who has diabetes and help them to maintain a good blood sugar level.

That is the persons heartbeat. Our hearts beat, constricting and expanding, so that they can pump blood.
Yes, you can hear someone's heartbeat when you place your ear on their chest.
hear the heartbeat.
Hi Kc Believe it or not it is your heartbeat! Most of the time we are surrounded by noise so we never really hear our heartbeat most of the time. Also, the heart pulsates blood to various parts of the body and has to work really hard to get it to our brains (thus, that is why we are the way we are. LOL) and you could be hearing the pulsating rush of blood. Nothing to worry about, but very annoying at times. Marcy
Lol, I'm not sure what kind of question this is, but... When you mention listening to 'Rock', you should mean, in this context, any type of loud music. Afterward, when it's not playing, when you hear a heartbeat, obviously it should be your own heartbeat. The reason that you would hear your own heartbeat in this situation would be due to oversensitivity in your ears; adjusting after overexposing your eardrums to loud 'sounds' (the 'rock' music), and thanks to this oversensitivity, you can hear the blood rushing through your ears, and hear your own heartbeat. It's much like being able to hear your heartbeat while in a situation in which your body would be using Adrenaline, since Adrenaline is supposed to heighten your senses, among other things.
Stethoscope
There are so many gut sounds in a horse it is real hard to hear a foals heartbeat with a stetescope. An ultrasound is best.
