No, honey will not. Head lice, also called "crabs" are only limited or killed when one uses a particular lice med that is available in your local drug store. Ask the pharmacist for it. Use it as the directions say to, or it will not work. If you have lice,(and what makes you think you do?) keep your comb, brush, sheets, pillow cases, anything you might wear, etc. away from other people until you have successfully used and washed out and dried the lice preparation. Usually a specific kind of comb is used to comb away the dead lice when you have used the preparation. As a point of interest, my brother once went to a place that was well known for giving people lice or crabs. When he returned, my mother used a tiny magnifying glass, with a tweezers on it, to show ME what he had. It looked LIKE a monster from the deep--or like a tiny lobster, only with more legs. I certainly avoided touching him, touching his clothing, and touching his bed linens. The medicine worked for him.
