you cannot pull a muscle in your heart cause there are no bones that connect to the heart. alternatively there are no muscles close by. you probably misheard your DR. or he said you have pulled a muscle near your heart like an intercostal muscle (between rib muscle) and the pain of that can feel similar to the chest pain people feel when they are havng a heart attack.
