I recently switched from Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo to Tri-lo-sprintec and I am actually breaking out more. I am diabetic and I asked my doctor if my increase in breakouts was related to my Diabetes. When I told her that I had switched birth controls she believed it was most likely my new Birth Control causing the breakouts. I have only been taking the Tri-lo-sprintec for two months but I have never had such bad breakouts. I don't know if this will eventually stop but I am seriously considering going back on the Ortho. One of the side effects listed on the Tri-lo-sprintec website is acne and oily skin.
