Through sunbathing, you can develop skin cancer from not wearing sun cream, wrinkles, dark spots on the skin and lots of freckles
Sun cream protects us by absorbing or reflecting the harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. It creates a barrier on the skin that helps to prevent UV rays from damaging the skin cells, which can lead to sunburn, premature aging, and an increased risk of skin cancer. Regular application of sun cream is important to ensure you are adequately protected from the sun's harmful rays.
Main cause of skin cancer is the skins over exposure to the sun, especially when being out in the sun a lot without any kind of sun block cream or clothes.
the most common cancer nowadays is skin cancer we spend to long in the sun and tanning machine and don't use enough or strong enough sun cream
no because if you spend to much time in the sun you can get skin cancer that's what i saw in a book The risk of getting skin cancer is not high and should not prevent you going out in the sun as long as you are wearing an appropriate sun cream. I would recommend a higher SPF cream the lighter your skin is, the closer to the equator you are and the higher your altitude. One of the risks of sunlight is that it can cause premature ageing but for me I'm more worried about getting burnt because it's so uncomfortable!
don't go in tanning beds, stay out of the sun, and be miserable inside:)
