"not practicing personal hygeine and trough anal and oral sex"

Actually, this statement is quite inaccurate, and seems to perpetuate the myth that HIV/AIDS is a 'homosexual' disease.. Firstly, personal hygiene has nothing to do with HIV transmission. The main ways, according to the NHS leaflets on HIV transmission is, a) Unprotected Anal and VAGINAL sex b) Sharing needles with the HIV virus present on them c) Breast milk, from a HIV positive mother to her child.

Transmission through blood transfusion is very rare in Britain and Western Europe, etc. as donated blood is screened for the virus before operations, etc.

Unprotected oral sex can carry the risk of HIV transmission, but this is very unlikely, although not impossible. Scientists find it hard to determine the exact risk from oral sex, as often participants in studies carry out other more risky practices such as unprotected vaginal and anal sex. So it is often described as a 'theoretical' risk.

Anyway, keep safe- use condoms, get tested and remain monogamous. Peace :)
