NATURALLY, raspberry LEAF tea, available at a health food place and/or the bulk barn. if they don't have it ask them to order it for you. OR order on-line. Google it. it'll tell you more. completely safe and naturally meant for that purpose. ALSO, get one of those big excersize balls and bounce on it throughout your day, walk as well. Deep breathing and most of all, relaxation. Rent a really funny comedy.

>walk alot everyday that's wat i did when i was pregnant with my daughter and i walked alot even though i knew my feet were swollen and even if i was really tired! but i would wat for a bout 2 hrs a day and long walk back and forth and after a while towards my last trimesters i walked more than a mile at 35 weeks i was having contractions but they stopped it (i was already 3 cm dielated) bc her lungs weren't fully developed put me on bed rest for a week and then after the week ended i started walkin again!

had her a week before my due date which is normal!

but don't let the early contractions scare u!

i over walked a little but it helped!

i recomend walking alot!
