An electric toothbrush should have no adverse effect on your veneers. If your veneers come off, there is something wrong with either the veneer, the adhesive used to attach the veneer to the tooth, or the tooth itself.

A dentist will probably use porcelain to make a veneer, which is a thin layer of material that's placed over a tooth; either to improve the looks of a tooth, or to protect the tooth's surface from becoming damaged! A dentist may also use a composite veneer that's cemented with a resin cement compound!
Well they attach a bracket to the impacted tooth and then attach a chain to that bracket and then to your wire on your braces. Every time you go to the orthodontist, they remove a link in the chain and in before you know your tooth will break through the gum. I had this done about two years ago.
They do it via a surgical operation. They will cut some of the gum and pull the tooth down. After the operation, they will attach a chain to the tooth and a brace. I'm having this operation in a few months.
Please do not dent the veneer.
Depending on how much of the tooth is broken, you might need a crown, a veneer or a simple filling. In Canada, a crown costs about $1200, where a filling is around $300. Not sure in Jamaican dollars.
