Seriously, I don't understand your question, so be more specific in the future. The only reason I can think of is if you are standing and go unconscious, then you are probably gonna fall. If you want a better answer, repost and be more specific.

if you mean what does it look like?

You loose skeletal muscle control so basically you just just drop straight down like you collapsed at the knees (none of that falling backwards stiff as a board stuff from tv and movies).

That is why it is important when helping someone that might go unconscious such as a choking victim that you position yourself in a way that you can support the victims body and most importantly their head to provent further injury.

When you're unconscious, your body's normal sleep-wake cycle is disrupted. What does it mean when you dream that something is falling on you?

Freud wrote that people have an unconscious drive to die (a death wish). He wrote that this drive is most active in young childhood. Freud also wrote that dreams are the fulfillment of unconscious wishes, and that they often are wishes of early childhood that we have forgotten. Thus, the dream that something is crushing us would be the fulfillment of our unconscious childhood wish to die.
