But the best thing to do is see a doctor and tell them that you think you have worms-dont be shy as they are used to it ,people get it all the time.
When you have told them they will give you a chewy tablet-you only have to take 1 but if there not gone after 2weeks have a another one.
If you live with your family then they will have to take a tablet aswell as they could catch this desease from you.
