unfortunately, the only way to do it is to cut off all ties with her completely. it will hurt her for quite a while, but if u don't do it, she will never leave u alone and will always hang on to that little chance that she may get u back. the more u run for her, answer her calls or keep having heart to heart talks, the more she will think she still has a chance. I'm pretty sure this will work, its hard (I know i had to do it once) but it worked. good luck!
YES
Yes. Visitation cannot be denied because of lack of payment of child support. The child support still needs to be paid because there could be jail time involved if there is too much owed and late. BUT, you cannot use visitation priveledges as retribution because (its the law, and) the visitation is for the children, not yourself. The child support is there to assist in the expences of raising children.
yes you do because that is still your child!
A father still has the right to visit with his children if he cannot pay support. A man shouldn't have to pay to see his kids. If he is not paying because he does not want to it will catch up with him in the end.
No. You can go to court and see about having the payment amount reduced but you still have to pay child support because your child still needs to eat.
Yes, you will still have to pay child support because you are the mother or father of the child, and that makes you still pay child support.
Yes, and even if he's not the father.
This cannot truly be answered, because their is still no proof of alien life.
It depends on where you live. In the US, in some states support cannot be order beyond 18 if the child is in college, but in other states support cannot be ordered beyond 18 (unless the child is still in high school).
yes because you're still livin doug!!
If the child is biologically yours you cannot get out of child support. Why would you not want to take care of your child? And if the isn't yours i think u should still treat it like it was yours!!
it depend in waht contry your in!
