The eating of excess calories from the highest quality sources you can comfortably afford should be combined with full body Weightlifting and plenty of walking ( not speed walking ) just strolling and restful activities reading good fiction , watching original movies , listening to pleasurable music.
Cutting out any macronutrients will negatively effect your weight gain.
