If you have not eaten for several hours and you are due a meal, then have it. You wont die.

BUT if it is that annoying hungry feeling you get like 10 minutes after eating a big meal when all you want is a huge bowl of ice cream or a mega sandwich, then drink TWO glasses of water REALLY QUICKLY. This works so amazingly well, they should make a commercial for it for something.
