Honestly, it varies for everybody. There is no scientific answer for this and people can even hold in their urine before they realize that it's actually the time to visit the bathroom. If you're stomach is quite empty, chances are that you're going to have to go the bathroom sooner than if you drink water after you visit an "All You Can Eat Buffet".
