i don't really know where you are driving at bt botulism has so many types .we hve food borne botulism which is normally the canned foods we actually buy and eat.So in this instance botulism is a toxin.and example may include yam.you will first peel the yam in order to get the toxin out of it.(don't forget that water is in the yam).in my own opinion get botulism from the water will be evapouration which might NT be effective.
