Woah, woah, woah. Firstly, anorexia nervosais a serious psychological disease. One justdoesn't "become anore[t]ic" on a whim, nor should one attempt todangerously restrict caloriesfor the purposes of losing weight. It's dangerous andfurther more, ineffective. A 125 pound 13 year old does not need to be dieting in the first place, unlessby "diet" we're talking about a "eat wholesome foods and avoid sweets" diet. A 13 year old's body is still developing, and caloric restriction would likely hinder her growth. If you're this young and this concerned with your weight, youprobably need to talk to someone. Eating disorders very commonly arise in younger persons and lead to lifelong complications. Talk to a school counselor, your pediatrician, a doctor, someone. I almost lost avery close friend who has been struggling with an eating disorder since she was around your age. I know these words will fall on manydeaf ears, but I hope a little discouragement will push someone away from the wrong direction.
