i recommend that at your age, while your body is still developing, that you don't embark on any strict muscle building exercising activities (Weightlifting or anything similar)It can cause disastrous conditions in young bodies, think seriously stunted growth and problems with joints. if you really want to have a toned body, try less strenuous activity like swimming and running. eat a diet full of nutrients and don't even think of trying anorexia or bulimia. the body and muscles will waste away without food. anorexia is dangerous! bulimia is just as bad, causing your teeth to be seriously damaged due to the acid in your stomach constantly going through your mouth. i can't stress this enough. don't think I'm some stupid adult trying to boss you around coz im around your age and have seen the results of severe exercise disorder.
