To fix a misfire in cylinder 3 (Cyl 3), first, check for common issues such as faulty spark plugs, ignition coils, or fuel injectors specific to that cylinder. Inspect the wiring and connectors for damage or corrosion, and ensure the fuel supply is adequate. If the problem persists, consider running a compression test to rule out mechanical issues like a blown head gasket or valve problems. Finally, use an OBD-II scanner to identify any specific error codes that can guide further diagnosis.

No start ,engine missfire
it was a missfire.
Cylinder 3 missfire detected.
if you know your engines specifications you can check the plug wires with an ohm meter and see if it is your wire. it may also be your plug. there is a small chance your coil pack is going bad. Doubtful, but it may be an injector as well.
That code means; Engine missfire detected.First check the plug wires and the spark plugs. That would be the most common problem. You may also have a bad coil on that cylinder. If you get the engine scanned it will tell you what cylinder is missfiring.
