Lots and lots of stimulation of the nipple from your hands and/or a partners mouth. When you stimulate the nipple it sends a hormone to your brain telling your body to produce milk. You can also purchase a breast pump off of the internet or rent one from a lactation consultant at a hospital. Although they aren't necessary, breast pumps are good for stimulation and the expressing of the milk after it comes in. You can take an herb called fenugreek, vitamin B, and brewer's yeast which you can find in your local health food store/ vitamin cottage. You may also take a drug called domperidone or "motillium" which I wouldn't recommend because it's not natural and has harsh Side effects. Eating oatmeal and flax seeds help produce more milk; in fact there are even oatmeal cookies that you can make that include brewers yeast and flax seeds which you can eat to help increase milk flow, I believe the recipie is called "breast milk cookies". Also make sure you drink plenty of water ( 9 to 10 glasses) every day. You must also have a good mindset and be confident. Believing in your ability to make milk mentally and physically is important when trying to lactate. Never give up! Have fun and good luck!!
There is no known way to speed up your metabolism. After being pregnant, the best way to lose weight is to breastfeed your baby.
The ducts are always there.
What is the english word for not being able to breastfeed the child?
There is no way unless they get bigger when you are pregnant or breastfeed.
Yes she can.
unless there pregnant no they cant! lol
It depends how far along in puberty you are and if you are actually pregnant. You will not normally lactate unless you are pregnant.
This is an impossibility, only pregnancy produces milk in humans as well as in animals. Women can breastfeed without becoming pregnant; stimulation of the nipples (usually done using a breast pump) over time will start lactation; for further info please contact your local breast feeding centre - usually there is one with a local council.
no of course not
yes
to get her pregnant without being married
Yes, a mare can lactate without being pregnant or nursing a foal, although this is rare. Usually a mare that is lactating without being pregnant or with a foal by her side, has a hormone imbalance that needs to be corrected.
