Not that I know of. It's been on my arms for a couple of months now, but it's begin to spread.

For fastpitch softball normally it is from your shoulders to ur knees or i think it has changed to your chest or as i know it as (boob region..... lol) to your knees
Bend your knees without support (not chairs or a wall to lean on) for as long as you can. This will help you get muscles instead of just fat.
