Bend your knees without support (not chairs or a wall to lean on) for as long as you can. This will help you get muscles instead of just fat.
One word; squats.
if you you have big thighs and have skinny legs in the bottom can you make them bigger
Go horse riding. I'm very skinny but go horseriding so have a nice curvy shape. Horseriding will make your hips bigger and thighs more muscley!
nrmal people exercise but um it does not always work only mostly to kids because they are still young.

Wearing straight or skinny jeans emphasize large thighs. Flared or bootcut make your thighs and lower legs look more proportioned Wide-legged jeans create a straight line from your hips to the ground. Best bet would be a bootcut jean or a wide-legged jean.

You have big thighs abd but because everybody is different... some people have big tummys but small buts... it just depends about how your body wants it to go.
Use an excersice machine (AirClimber) it worked for me and Im only eleven !!Only 80 bucks (it's worth it)
