While yeast infection treatments indicate that you should not use if you are pregnant, I would not worry too much about it. The embryo is pretty resilient. I know women who have healthy babies now who drank, smoked and used yeast infection meds before they found out they were pregnant and they now have healthy children. Then again, you could do none of the above and still have a m/c (i.e. me at 8 weeks). At some point you need to be resigned to the fact that you have no control over it. The best thing to do now is to take good care of yourself, take your vitamins, seek medical pre-natal treatment from your doctor and ask her/ him any questions you might have. About 9 days after conception if you know when you concieved. Otherwise about 6 days before your anticipated period. Levels of HCG will be present and a blood test will be able to tell you if you're pregnant or not.
This can be confusing! The first week of pregnancy is actually considered to be the day of your last menstrual period, before you are technically even pregnant! You are actually two weeks pregnant when conception occurs, and generally four weeks pregnant before you can get a positive pregnancy test!
Mine became larger, darker, and had little bumps on them before I even knew I was pregnant...(Roughly when I was 4 and a half to 5 weeks pregnant. That is 2 and a half to 3 weeks after conception)
The ingredients in Excedrin are acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. The former two are routinely prescribed to pregnant women, while opinions vary on what doses of caffeine are safe for pregnant women; taking Excedrin before conceiving should not affect future pregnancies.

Diet does not affect the gender of your baby. The gender of your baby is determined at conception (when the sperm fertilizes the egg), although it is several months after conception before and ultrasound can visibly "see" the genitalia of the baby.
It is important that you consult your doctor before becoming pregnant as some of the medications involved should be discontinued well before conception. this applies to men as well as women. There a large variety of different drugs and treatments involved in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis So for more information on this subject go to the related link below (Rheumatoid Arthritis and Pregnancy: Treatment & Medication) for detailed information about these drugs at this time.
The chances of getting pregnant are always high - a week before or even after. The sperm can hang around a lot longer than you think. Don't rely on the cycle period of conception. Use a condom or refrain if you want to remain safe.
A pregnant woman with chlamydia is treated before delivery. There's no change in method of delivery needed, as treatment is reliable and simple.
