If you know your rabbit has kidney stones, then you've been to the vet. The vet can answer this question better than anyone online because they've has examined your specific rabbit and know all the details of his condition. Unless there's other things wrong with the rabbit too, then kidney stones are not terminal and can be treated with surgery.

If you suspect your rabbit has kidney stones, you must go to the vet. You can't just let the rabbit die what would be a slow and very painful death (the length of which is impossible to estimate because so many different factors are involved). If you can't afford treatment, you must surrender the rabbit to a shelter or rescue organization that will take care of him.
