It depends. If it is your first period, it will either be very heavy, or very light. Your first period is normally brown, because the blood is old. This can also happen after pregnancy. I recomend wearing panty liners, and if your are very worried, go to the doctor and tell him/her about it. :)
This isn't uncommon and it can happen at the beginning of a woman's periods or at the end. The brown is dead blood, the pink or red is fresh blood. Every 7 years our bodies change. As long as you are going for your yearly physicals and everything is OK then you are. If you continue to bleed extremely heavy for longer than you usually bleed during your period please see your doctor.
If you remove a tampon and it has brown spots then it is likely old blood, normal when your period is light as it takes time for the blood to leave your body and it goes brown. If your period is light then you should not be using tampons at all, only use tampons with full flow. If the tampon has brown spots before insertion then throw it out and check other tampons before using them.
Dark brown period blood usually appears near the end of your period.
that means you are on your period x
Yes, it is normal for a period to have different shades of blood. The brown is blood dried blood and the red is new.
yes it is i had light brown blood and i was just find .
Totally normal. If you notice when you first start your period it is bright red, and then towards the end of your period, it's brown. Brown blood=old blood, it just means its older! you will be alright!
The blood can be reddish-brown to brown. Brown blood just means it's old, not fresh.
yes it is i had light brown blood and i was just find .
Well if you think you are on your period but not shure you will start to bleed and your underware mite be damp but if they feel damp cheek and see if thers blood or a little brown mixed in with the blood if so ask for a tampon or a pad to tell and don't be scared to tell your mom just tell her. Also your period should only last 1-5 days at the least.
Yes, this is normal.Brown flow is 'old blood', blood that has taken time to leave your body so gone brown - just like blood would turn brown from a cut on your body - it just means your flow is light. Your cycle length will change all the time, this is normal too. You should not be using tampons when your flow is light like this, as well as risking discomfort this puts you at higher risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
The brown blood is excess dried up blood that didn't make it out
In periods I belive some blood is brown. Ask your doctor if it is not cuz of a period
