This is really unbelievable, I just got tested negative to HEPATITIS B after a long time of suffering. I experienced dark urine and ribs pain and then I went to the hospital for treatment and I was told its hepatitis b that it has no cure, although I was given some drugs to slowdown the viral load but it later got worse hence my body was getting weaker. It really depends upon what type of Hepatitis the person has. There are 5 types of Hepatitis. Hepatitis A and B have vaccines to help from catching it. If contracted Hepatitis A has a very successful rate of recovery. Hepatitis B about 4/5 of the people eventually recover. Hepatitis C 1/5 of people recover- the rest develop Chronic Hepatitis which eventually leads to death. Hepatitis D is mostly harmless and extremely rare.
