I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the

Hepatitis can be an infectious disease, but not all of the causes are infectious. For example, certain genetic and metabolic disorders can cause the liver to experience symptoms of hepatitis, but since you can't pass on a genetic/metabolic disorder, it's obviously not infectious.

Because of caveats like that one, doctors split Hepatitis into two categories, infectious and non-infectious.
