You should contact your doctor for any bleeding during a pregnancy.
It is possible to have a period like bleed during early pregnancy. But the bleeding is usually light and never a heavy, normal period bleed.
If your period was very short and light as well as early there is a possibility that it was an implantation bleed. If your period was normal except that it was 2 days early then it was probably just an early period.
It could be that your period is early by a week
It can be normal to bleed during the early parts of pregnancy but not blood clots. I suggest you go to your doctor asap and tell them whats going on.
If you have irregular periods then this could be why. But you need to rule out pregnancy. See your doctor for a blood test.
The early period may of been brea through bleeding or possibly even a withdrawal bleed. If you suspect pregnancy then perform a HPT in 2-3 weeks.
Nipple tenderness can be a sign of your period or early pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test if you think you're pregnant.

If you have just come of the pill (up to year) it may be that your body is still readjusting to a normal rythym. A two day bleed around a week prior to when your period is due may be an early sign of pregnancy being an implantation/spotting bleed. A two day period may just be completely normal. The average bleed consists of 40ml.
If you start bleeding during early pregnancy, it is really important to go to your doctor or a local ER to have an ultrasound and a blood test.
Some women bleed slightly or 'spot' during the early stages of pregnancy, so you shouldn't take the bleeding as a sign that you're not pregnant. If in doubt, you should take an at-home pregnancy test, if only just to alleviate your worries.
Many women report a slight bleed when their period is due. It is not unheard of, but is rather uncommon. An "early" pregnancy test from the pharmacy should give you a positive result now (ie when your period is due). But most test need about 7 days more to give a positive result.
