Biceps should not be worked everyday. You need to give the bicep time to recover. Working the bicep no more than twice a week is plenty because you are also indirectly working them when you work your back. Also, don't forget your daily intake. You have to put quality in to get quality out!

Yes because the dumbbells strengthen the muscles but do not use them every day will make your biceps too weak after about a week and they will start hurting after about 3 days use them every 2 days so use them one day for about 30-60 minutes and then the next day do not use the dumbbells let your muscles have a rest!!! But start from the smallest because you do not want to pull a muscle go from smallest working your way up to the biggest use the smallest for about 2 weeks and the gradually work your way up to the biggest but change them every 2 weeks don't hurt yourself!!!
