Yes getting your period every two weeks can be normal for some girls. The issue would be if you are not getting enough iron you could get anemic, which will make you feel very tired. Some doctors would put you on a pill similar to Birth Control to get your periods spaced out. Or iron supplements to prevent anemia.
It is very important to go and speak to your doctor or gynaecologist so that they are able to regulate your periods, so that they only come once a month.

∙ 12y agoIf you are still young and have only just started you periods, it is nothing to worry about and is normal as your hormones are still regulating. If you have had regular periods in the past, it is important to go and see your doctor or gynaecologist. The chances are that it is nothing serious, but it's best to get checked out sooner rather than later. If you have never had regular periods, but have been having periods for a couple of years, it's also important to go and speak to your doctor, for the same reasons.
Go and speak to your doctor about it so they can do some tests. If it has always been like this, it is probably normal and nothing to worry about
Its perfectly normal if you're starting out, however, if you have had it for a while i would recommend asking your doctor about it
