Yes you can. It would be an irregular period. It is completely normal to have irregular periods once in a while, especially if you are undergoing a lot of stress in your life. It also usually takes a while for your periods to become normal again after coming off of Birth Control pills.And your cycle could be changing, syncing with someone elses or something. I hate my ovaries<3 yaaaaaaaay...

Abnormalities like this do sometimes randomly occur, however you should get checked out by a doctor or gynaecologist because sometimes it can be due to something more serious. Normally a woman gets a period roughly once a month.

It depends - how heavy is the flow? If the answer's heavy, you may want to contact your doctor if it keeps up. If it's light, it's most likely just spotting, something very common after you've been off of your period. Just wear liners if it's light.

You don't lose your period, your period comes to an end - your period wouldn't start again, it just means that your period hadn't stopped the previous day. There's no reason to think it's a whole new period or that it's 'come back' when it didn't go anywhere to begin with.
