Seems like it is. I just found out I was gluten sensitive and just bought some KIX. Ive read several posts (potentially DATED posts) that said Kix is NOT gluten free because it contains whole grain oats... BUT they must have changed the recipe, because I just read the ingredient list and there are NO Oats whatsoever. mostly corn products.
Kix - cereal - was created in 1937.
No, Kellogg's Bran Buds cereal is not gluten free. Kellogg's Bran Buds cereal is made from wheat.

Life Cinnamon cereal typically contains more sugar compared to Kix, which is often marketed as a healthier option due to its lower sugar content and whole grain ingredients. Kix is also gluten-free and has fewer artificial additives. If you're looking for lower sugar and a more wholesome option, Kix may be the better choice, while Life Cinnamon offers a sweeter flavor profile. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your nutritional goals and taste preferences.
