You will need to see your doctor for a prescription medication for incontinence. If you are referring to incontinence in terms of being unable to restrain evacuation of feces - Milk of Magnesia will not help with that either. Milk of Magnesia contains magnesium hydroxide, which is meant to help with constipation and sometimes acid indigestion. The magnesium in Milk of Magnesia can actually cause diarrhea.
