There is the Association of Parents with Disabled Children (APDC). This association works with VSO. Of course, there are volunteers helping the parents. They teach the parents things about their child's disability.
There is no specific place for kids with disabilities, since most kids with disabilities are cared for within their own homes etc... Schools' have "special needs/learning support" departments, some kids may receive "respite care" etc... but there is no "catch-all" term for a place for kids with disabilities.

okay i know how. whenever you have meetings on Friday the parent will give the kids parent to him or her. then they will have it.
